6. Eat up to 1 piece of fruit a day
Often it is thought that you can eat unlimited fruit when you are slimming. However, this is not the case. Fruit also contains many sugars that can cause a rapid increase in your blood sugar levels. Therefore, keep it with 1 piece of fruit a day if you want to quickly get rid of your excess kilos.
